Note: The above timetable is tentative and is subject to change before the day of the event.

Adult ticket (Ages 18+) 12,000 JPY
Child ticket (Ages 13 – 17) 3,500 JPY
Child ticket (Ages 06 – 12) 2,500 JPY
*Children under the age of 6 may enter without charge
*Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or over.

Be Ready for a Fun Night!

Experience a Matsuri (festival) atmosphere with some live music performances and Matsuri themed games for all ages to enjoy. Little ones can also visit the kids’ area to play traditional Japanese games! Bash is sure to become one of the most memorable experiences for you and your family.

Large Venue for 1,000 People

The venue for Bash is very close to the Celebration Japan venue and is a large hall that can comfortably accommodate 1,000 people. There’s no need to worry about overcrowding. Please feel free to join us!

Food Menu

All tickets include a meal and all-you-can-drink of alcohol beverages and soft drinks.
The menu has not yet been decided, but we will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions.

How can I get to the Bash?

The venue is within walking distance from Makuhari Messe or JR Kaihin-Makuhari Station.
From Makuhari Messe Hall 1-3: 10 minutes by walk
From JR Kaihin-Makuhari Station: 11 minutes by walk
The venue is located on the 2nd foor of the hall building. It is accessible from the ground and from the overpass.

What is Bash?

A large-scale party where Star Wars fan gather and deepen their friendships! Bash is a social gathering only for the members of the seven organizations below and their families and friends; The 501st Legion, The Rebel Legion, The Dark Empire, Mando Mercs, Saber Guild, Droid Builders, and Galactic Academy. Bash is run and produced for by volunteers from each costuming organization.

Who can buy tickets?

Active members and their friends and families from:
501st Legion
Rebel Legion
Mando Mercs
Droid BuildersSaber Guild
The Dark Empire
Galactic Academy
Others directly invited by the Bash planning team

Members of the above clubs who wish to bring a friend(s) are permitted to purchase a ticket(s) for that friend but otherwise tickets are not available to the general public. You are responsible at all times for your guests and be sure to provide their electronic ticket data to your guests in advance in case they are not checking in together with you.

What types of payment methods are available?

Our ticket website accepts credit cards (VISA, Master, JCB, American Express, Diners Club), Convenience stores (CVS), WeChat Pay, and Alipay.

Is there a dress code?

Please feel free to come in casual attire.

Is it okay to participate in a costume?

Light costumes are acceptable. However, please refrain from wearing hard armor or costumes that require a lot of space and time to change, as we cannot provide sufficient changing areas or storage space at the venue.

I will be coming in a wheelchair. What are the accessibility and barrier-free measures for the venue or the route to the venue?

Inside the venue: The venue is flat and easy to move around. One elevator is available.
Outside the venue: For visitors walking on the ground, please note that there are some steps at the crosswalks. For those coming by overpass, please be assured that escalators and elevators are available from the ground level.

Is it okay to move to the venue from Makuhari Messe or my hotel while wearing a costume?

If you are within walking distance to the venue, it is fine. However, for policies regarding wearing costumes on public transportation such as trains and buses, please refer to the official Celebration website. If you are unsure, please contact us through the inquiry form.

Is there a cloak-room?

Yes, but the size of the space is currently being adjusted. The space will be limited and might be difficult to keep every guest’s belongings. Please leave your luggage at your hotel or baggage locker at the nearby train station.

Is there an age restriction?

There are no age restrictions. We will have a kids’ space and entertainment they can enjoy, so please feel free to bring your little ones. But be sure to keep your eyes on them.

Can I use the Internet in the hall?

There is a wireless LAN environment in the hall. Please note that it is not a completely free Wi-Fi type and there is a limit to the number of simultaneous accesses.

Participating Organizations

Bash will bring together seven organizations.

501st Legion

The 501st Legion is an international fan-based organization dedicated to the construction and wearing of screen-accurate replicas of Imperial stormtrooper armor, Sith Lords, clone troopers, bounty hunters, and other villains from the Star Wars universe.

Rebel Legion

The Rebel Legion is an international fan-based volunteer organization dedicated to the construction and wearing of screen-accurate replicas of the Rebel Alliance, the Galactic Republic, the New Republic, the Resistance, the Jedi Order, and other heroes from the Star Wars universe.

The Dark Empire

The purpose of The Dark Empire is to promote multi-generational fandom and appreciation of Star Wars through acts of charity, and to encourage creative costuming as custom characters and canon characters representing the “dark side” of the Star Wars universe.

Mando Mercs

Mando Mercs is a costuming organization that encourages Mandalorian and Mandalorian costumed characters in the Star Wars series, as well as custom armor that adds its own creativity.

Saber Guild

The Saber Guild is a performance group composed of fans who have learned lightsaber swordsmanship and saber fight and wear Star Wars costumes. There are nearly 20 temples (chapters) around the world.

Droid Builders

Droid Builders is an organization of droid enthusiasts who build R2-D2 and other droids in the Star Wars series with their own hands and help their fellow builders build their own droid creations.

Galactic Academy

Galactic Academy is a worldwide Star Wars costuming organization, composed and run by Star Wars fans, that helps children ages 0-17 cosplay.
